Fundraising Chair- Elliot Febus

Hello! My name is Elliot Febus, and I’m from Phillipsburg, New Jersey. I’m currently a Junior at Bloomsburg University, where I’m pursuing a degree in Marketing.

 

Throughout my time at Bloomsburg, I’ve had the privilege of growing both personally and professionally, and I’m excited to share my journey with you!

I am also the Fundraising Chair for the Bloomsburg University American Marketing Association (AMA).

 

My journey with AMA started through Dr. Tanner, who always kept us informed about the latest meetings and opportunities in class. His enthusiasm about the group sparked my interest, and I attended my first AMA meeting initially to earn extra credit. However, what I found was much more valuable than just extra points—I gained insights into my major, learned about the marketing field, and discovered how AMA could help me grow in ways I hadn’t imagined.

Joining AMA has been a game-changer for me. It’s pushed me out of my comfort zone, helping me develop leadership skills, network with peers and professionals, and open doors to countless opportunities. I’ve met so many incredible people, and the experiences I’ve gained through AMA have helped shape my college journey.

I’m really looking forward to all the exciting things we have planned for this year and am eager to continue making the most of every opportunity. Here’s to a great year ahead!
