Dear BUAMA Members,
As we enter my seventh year as faculty advisor, I want to take a moment to share some observations and to THANK YOU for the many ways that each of you contributes to make BUAMA one of the fastest-growing and most productive club associations on campus.
To our returning members, welcome to another great year with BUAMA. To our new members, welcome to the organization, and thank you for joining. As returning members can tell you, the BUAMA chapter is very active with a wide range of outstanding education and networking opportunities focused on creating engagement for all members. I encourage you to maximize the value of your membership by taking advantage of the chapter's offerings and networking with your fellow members. If you are interested in being more active in the chapter, please feel free to reach out to me or one of the Board Members for more information.
It has been an exciting and prosperous journey for BUAMA. Over the course of six years we had many exciting events including several regional case competitions, company trips, networking conferences, and professional speakers each semester. Our Marketing Week events and activities continue to grow and our fundraising efforts get more and more promising. One of our pinnacle events this past year was the International Collegiate Conference in New Orleans that we attended for the first time in nearly a decade. I want to extend a special Thank You to our attendees, our sponsors and an extra Thank You to our Board Members for making each one of those events a great success.
I have been blessed to get to know many of you personally, and I Thank You for your friendship and the opportunities I have had to learn from you and your work. I am profoundly grateful for your involvement in our chapter and I am looking forward to continued success in 2023 and beyond.
